Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager of Financial Information Systems for its New Brunswick, NJ location. You will lead enterprise-wide consolidation and reporting initiatives, implementing SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, and partnering with Finance, IT, Tax and Audit teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

The role requires strong accounting/finance expertise, global project leadership, and change management skills to drive adoption and data integrity across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
• PMP is a plus
• CPA, CMA or MBA
• At least 5 years' experience in Accounting/Financial Consolidation, Analysis & Reporting.
• Experience leading/coordinating Financial systems and project teams.
• Knowledge of SAP configuration in Financial Accounting (FI), Managerial Accounting (CO), Central Finance (CFIN), Group Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementation activities.
• Collaborate with finance controllers, business partners, SAP functional teams, and external partners.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
• Help configure consolidation groups, master data structures, hierarchies, and validation rules.
• Lead and shape master data requirement design for consolidated reporting.
• Provide governance and SOX controls and audit readiness.
• Optimize reporting structures and financial hierarchies.
• Lead change management and user adoption efforts.
• Resolve production issues and support month/end close.
• Understand integrations between applications and processes.
