Job summary

Raytheon Finance is seeking a dynamic, forward‑thinking Associate Director to lead an integrated Talent Strategy & Development, CORE, and Communications organization. This leader will design and execute a Finance talent strategy that accelerates capability growth, enhances career mobility, and enables Finance employees to thrive across onboarding to senior professional development.

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum 12 years of relevant experience
Leadership and project management experience
Experience with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 7-8 employees with mentorship and performance management.
Serve as CORE Business Partner supporting compliant adoption of the CORE Operating System.
Lead annual goal alignment with the Finance Leadership Team and subdomains.
Partner with Finance and HR leadership to define data-driven hiring strategy.
Oversee Finance talent development programs and onboarding initiatives.
Drive Finance communications and change management, including executive forums and newsletters.
Oversee end-to-end Finance Learning Strategy with key platforms governance.
Collaborate with SBU/FP&A Leaders and internal partnerships to support the organization.
Promote continuous learning through the People’s Council network.
Mentor and develop internal talent and drive travel to support in-person engagements.
