Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Talent Program Manager to drive training and development programs for our Senior Living Operations Leaders. This on-site role in Brentwood, TN focuses on aligning business objectives with talent initiatives and delivering impactful programs across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR/Business or related field, 3+ years in talent and learning, and certifications in organizational development.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years' work experience in talent, learning and development, or organizational design.
• Certifications in organizational development practices are highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Designs, develops, implements and evaluates talent and development solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Leads learning initiatives with operational leadership to achieve company goals.
• Applies instructional design principles and adult learning theory to learning experiences.
• Manages ADDIE process and monitors project timelines.
• Partners with HR and SMEs to deliver impactful training programs.
