Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is expanding its People team and seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for Finance. You will partner with Finance leadership to understand hiring needs, build sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through offer.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on Finance and/or Accounting.
• Experience recruiting Accountants, Controllers, or Finance Managers.
• Strong sourcing skills and passive-candidate outreach.
• Ability to engage Finance stakeholders and translate requirements into search strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building for candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Finance and SG&A roles from intake to close.
• Build sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/X-ray techniques.
• Partner with Finance managers to define requirements and hiring plans.
• Deliver a thoughtful, transparent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Develop fluency in accounting/finance to assess technical depth and fit.
• Track pipeline metrics and provide market intelligence to teams.
• Refine interview processes and scorecards to reduce time-to-hire.
• Collaborate with People Ops and Compensation for compliant hiring.
