Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting or administering financial systems.
• Experience with Yardi as an administrator or user.
• Familiarity with AvidXchange, MRI, or Concur is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and maintenance of accounting and financial systems.
• Manage user accounts, including setup, updates, terminations, security roles, and access.
• Develop understanding of accounting processes supported by systems and help ensure efficiency.
• Train employees on system functionality and procedures.
• Serve as first point of contact for accounting systems support and escalation.
• Identify, document, and communicate system issues and assist with resolutions.
• Assist with documentation of processes and training materials.
• Support implementation of new systems, upgrades, testing, and data validation.
• Review software invoices and coordinate with vendors on discrepancies.
• Maintain security roles and permissions across financial systems.
• Assist with audits related to financial systems and processes.
