Job summary

The WV Enterprise Resource Planning Board (ERP) seeks an Accountant Financial Analyst to support the wvOASIS statewide accounting system. This in-person role provides opportunities to work across Procurement, Accounts Payable, Payroll, General Accounting, Budgeting, Grants, Cash Management, and Reporting.

You will collaborate with departments and vendors, draft solutions, and help optimize processes and internal controls while documenting meetings and training staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current wvOASIS system experience (preferred).
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot, report and test system issues.
• Ability to prepare training materials and conduct workshops.
• Must have the ability to organize, conduct, and document meetings.
• Strong computer and analytical skills including Word and Excel.
• Attention to detail and Self-Motivated.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments and software vendors in implementing business processes and resolve issues.
• Draft written proposals for designated areas and solutions.
• Propose and execute plans to optimize processes, implement plans, and develop internal controls.
• Work with departments across multiple disciplines such as accounting, budgeting, procurement, payroll, and human resources.
• Collaborate with wvOASIS and department SMEs and stakeholders to test, train, and increase utilization.
