Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting financial systems, finance operations, shared services, Accounts Payable, or Payroll functions.
• ERP experience required; PeopleSoft experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP and financial systems administration, testing, upgrades, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, strengthen controls, and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support finance operations.
• Support Accounts Payable activities, vendor maintenance, payment processing, 1099 reporting, and electronic payment adoption (ACH, EFT, virtual cards).
• Provide payroll systems support, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and process improvement.
• Assist with finance transformation projects, system implementations, regulatory reporting, audits, and documentation.
• Create training materials and serve as a resource for finance system users.
