Job summary

Heartline Staffing is seeking a Senior Finance Solutions Specialist to bridge finance, business and technology across ERP, PSA and related financial systems. You will analyze complex finance processes, design technical solutions, and support delivery in agile environments.

The role demands hands-on experience with revenue recognition, billing, time entry, WIP and backlog reporting, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both executives and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or related field required.
• Experience delivering technical finance solutions in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments.
• Strong accounting processes knowledge including revenue recognition, time entry and WIP reporting.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
• Excellent written and spoken English and stakeholder communication.
