Job summary

Sophos is seeking a Manager, Finance System Support to lead a global team responsible for SAP and related finance applications. You will drive day-to-day support, month-end close readiness, access governance, and system enhancements, partnering across Finance, IT, and external providers to deliver reliable, scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with finance or accounting processes, including operational workflows, controls, and data integrity.
• Previous people management experience, including coaching, prioritizing, escalations, and service delivery improvements.
• Experience supporting large ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred and beneficial across a broader finance systems landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance System Support team, setting priorities and ensuring high quality service.
• Own day-to-day support for key finance systems, including incidents, requests, and escalations.
• Oversee month-end close support, system readiness, monitoring, and risk communication.
• Manage finance system access, role governance, and periodic reviews.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, developers, and external partners to resolve issues and deliver fixes.
