Experience with finance or accounting processes, controls, and risks.
Proven people management experience, including coaching and priority setting.
Experience supporting large ERP systems; SAP preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management across finance, IT, and business partners.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Finance System Support team, setting priorities and delivering high-quality service.
Own day-to-day support for core finance systems, incidents, requests, and escalations.
Oversee month-end close readiness, process monitoring, and risk communication.
Manage access, role governance, and segregation of duties with IT and control owners.
Collaborate with finance, IT, and external providers to resolve complex issues and deliver fixes.
Establish consistent support practices, controls, and user guidance across core finance processes.
