Job summary

This role includes operational support, technology-driven improvements, and collaboration with various stakeholders to drive process standardization and system enhancements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and significant experience in systems implementation, with a focus on Contract-to-Cash processes. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in systems implementation or process improvement roles.
• Experience with Contract-to-Cash processes including Pricing, Billing, and A/R.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, auditability and operational risk considerations.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve the firm's Contract-to-Cash systems and functions.
• Partner with Accounting and IT to maintain the Contract-to-Cash roadmap.
• Manage day-to-day vendor application partnerships for the portfolio.
