Responsibilities

• Support and improve Contract-to-Cash systems including billing, revenue management, A/R, and related workflows.
• Define and maintain the Contract-to-Cash roadmap with priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
• Lead discovery to identify pain points, reduce manual effort, and strengthen end-to-end controls.
• Translate business needs into process maps, requirements, designs, test plans, and documentation.
• Deliver end-to-end system enhancements and projects with internal partners and vendors.
• Manage day-to-day vendor partnerships and evaluate new functionality for Contract-to-Cash.
• Identify, pilot, and implement automation and AI to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure changes align with data governance and audit requirements.
• Define metrics to track adoption, usage, and performance for continuous improvement.
• Promote standardization via training and self-service resources.
• Collaborate with the broader Accounting and Finance Systems team to align solutions.
