Job summary

McDermott Will & Emery is seeking an Accounting & Finance Systems Manager to advance our CT-Cash platforms and drive process improvements across billing, A/R, collections, and revenue management. You will partner with Accounting, IT, and stakeholders to deliver system enhancements aligned with the firm’s roadmap and controls.

The role requires coordinating with vendors, translating business needs into technical deliverables, and ensuring auditability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master's preferred.
• 7+ years in systems implementation or process improvement, preferably in accounting/finance.
• Experience in law firms or professional services preferred.
• Familiarity with CT-Cash processes including Billing, A/R, Revenue and Client Arrangements.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables and lead initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve Contract-to-Cash enabling systems and workflows.
• Define and maintain CT-Cash roadmap with priorities and timelines.
• Lead discovery to identify pain points and improve cycle times.
• Translate business needs into process maps, requirements, user stories, and designs.
• Deliver end-to-end system enhancements including testing and deployment.
• Manage vendor partnerships for Contract-to-Cash portfolio.
