McDermott Will & Schulte is seeking an Accounting & Finance Systems Manager to advance the firm’s Contract-to-Cash systems and related processes. You will partner with Accounting, IT, and stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, standardize processes, and drive automation and controls improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in systems implementation, product ownership, or process improvement in finance.
• Experience with Contract-to-Cash processes and systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables and lead initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong internal controls knowledge and auditability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve Contract-to-Cash enabling systems and workflows.
• Define and maintain the Contract-to-Cash roadmap with stakeholders.
• Lead discovery to identify pain points and improve cycle times.
• Translate business needs into artifacts: maps, requirements, user stories.
• Deliver end-to-end system enhancements: design, config, testing, deployment.
• Manage vendor partnerships and evaluate new functionality.
• Implement automation and AI to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure changes align with controls and data governance, audit needs.
• Define metrics to track adoption and drive improvements.
• Promote standardization through documentation and training.
