ProDriven Global Brands is seeking the Accounting Manager - Financial Systems & Controls to serve as a critical link between Accounting, Finance, and IT, ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and scalability of the company’s financial systems and general ledger processes. Reporting directly to the Global Controller, the role shapes North America and global footprint.

You will own the design, governance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of financial systems, chart of accounts structures, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
• CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred
• 10-15+ years of progressive experience
• General ledger accounting in a global/multi-entity environment
• Financial systems / ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Close processes, consolidations, and intercompany accounting
• Experience with IT system implementations or upgrades
• SOX or public company experience a plus
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP / IFRS where applicable

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closes
• Maintain internal controls over financial reporting
• Drive automation and standardization of processes
• Lead system improvements and cross-functional initiatives
