ProDriven Global Brands, based in the United States, seeks an Accounting Manager – Financial Systems & Controls to oversee ERP financial modules, governance, and close processes, reporting to the Global Controller. You will partner with IT and regional finance teams to drive data integrity, automate workflows, and ensure SOX controls and GAAP compliance across North America and globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
• CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business owner of ERP financial modules (GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, consolidation).
• Partner with IT to define system architecture, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• Lead system-related projects including implementations and process redesign initiatives.
• Champion consistency and standardization of financial processes across regions.
• Design, implement, and monitor internal controls over financial reporting (SOX or SOX-like).
• Drive automation and process improvements across finance systems and data workflows.
