Job summary

West Fraser in Memphis, TN is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Finance Systems to lead Oracle EBS R12 financial domain activities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management, across R2R and P2P processes.

You will design, test, and deploy functional solutions, provide production support, mentor teammates, and partner with Finance and IT to drive process improvements and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Oracle EBS R12 experience in finance domains.
• Experience with R2R and P2P processes in Oracle EBS.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or publicly traded environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional expert for Oracle EBS Finance (GL, AP, FA, Cash Management, Purchasing, Inventory).
• Design, implement, and test finance solutions; provide production support and improvements.
• Mentor analysts and coordinate with ERP Applications Manager on priorities and governance.
• Ensure audit readiness and financial controls across Finance Systems.
