Job summary

Find Great People is seeking an experienced Oracle Business Analyst - Finance to join a global enterprise supporting critical finance systems. This senior role requires deep functional expertise across Oracle EBS and the ability to drive finance process improvements with minimal ramp-up time.

You will partner with IT and Finance leaders, own Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, tax), lead requirements, testing, and data extraction efforts, and contribute to future cloud and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Oracle Financial Systems Analyst.
• Hands-on Oracle EBS experience across GL, AP, AR.
• Experience with tax, financial reporting, and data extraction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional owner for Oracle EBS Financials.
• Gather requirements with Finance and IT to analyze needs and deliver solutions.
• Support enhancements, system improvements, and finance-related projects.
