Job summary

West Fraser is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for Finance Systems at our Memphis, TN location. You will serve as the primary functional SME for Oracle EBS Finance, leading design, testing, and deployment across GL, AP, Fixed Assets, and related finance processes.

You will partner with the ERP Applications Manager to drive process improvements, standardization, and controls across multiple divisions. Strong communication and manufacturing/domain experience are essential.

Qualifications

8-10+ years of Oracle EBS R12 experience.
5+ years supporting Finance, R2R, and P2P in Oracle EBS.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (CS/IS/Business).
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.

Responsibilities

Lead functional expert for Oracle EBS Finance processes including GL, AP, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Inventory, and Cash Management.
Design, test, and implement enhancements, integrations, and upgrades across the Finance Systems portfolio.
Ensure audit readiness, controls, and accurate financial reporting through standardized processes.
Mentor analysts and coordinate with ERP Applications Manager on governance and roadmap.
