Job summary

Dandy is transforming the massive dental industry with a tech-enabled operating system for dental offices. We seek a Senior Manager, Finance Systems to lead strategy, implement, and optimize core finance systems, starting with NetSuite and expanding to Procure-to-Pay, Order to Cash, and Record-to-Report processes.

You will report to the Head of Finance Systems, combining hands-on configuration with leadership of technical resources to deliver scalable, automated solutions in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading finance-systems projects in a fast-growth setting.
• 7+ years of core finance systems experience (GL, AP, AR, FA, Order Mgmt, Procure-to-Pay).
• Hands-on NetSuite configuration, admin work, and API integrations preferred.
• Technical aptitude to translate requirements into specs and manage tech resources.
• Experience scaling finance systems to support growth.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and structure for a high-performing Finance Systems team.
• Design scalable NetSuite configurations, data management, and reporting standards.
• Establish best practices for security, testing, deployment, and data integrity.
• Lead internal/external technical resources on SuiteScript and integrations.
• Drive data-driven finance reporting and insights for decision-making.
