Job summary

Dandy is building an operating system for dental offices and is hiring a Senior Manager, Finance Systems to lead the strategy, deployment, and optimization of core finance platforms. The role centers on NetSuite, with expansion to Procure-to-Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report processes, reporting to Head of Finance Systems.

You will be hands-on with configuration, data integrity, and integrations, while guiding technical resources to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-growing startup

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing finance systems projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven expertise across General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Order Management.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategy for Finance Systems function and team growth.
• Configure and optimize NetSuite; manage data, integrations, and reporting standards.
• Oversee SuiteScript development and system integrations with internal/external tech teams.
• Foster data-driven insights to improve financial reporting and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Engineering, and Operations to align finance systems initiatives.
