Job summary

Recor Medical, Inc. seeks a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to configure, implement, and optimize our financial systems. You will collaborate with internal teams to design solutions that boost efficiency and automation while scaling for growth.

You will lead data migrations, workflow implementations, access controls, and reporting, ensuring governance and clear documentation. Strong PM and analytical skills are essential in a fast-paced biotech manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
10+ years of experience as a subject matter expert with financial applications (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Hyperion, Blackline).
Experience in Finance/Accounting with a multinational manufacturing company.
Experience with QAD, Concur, Coupa, Planful a plus.
Biotech industry experience a plus.
Demonstrated experience transforming businesses through large-scale ERP implementations.
Strong project management, change management, analytics, and decision-making skills.
Strong data architecture, systems setup, and management reporting skills.
Proficient in data analysis and automation tools and office productivity software.

Responsibilities

System Configuration: Configure and customize financial systems to align with business requirements.
Data Migration: Oversee data migration processes, ensuring seamless transitions.
Workflow Implementation: Assist in implementing workflow processes within financial systems.
User Access and Permissions: Manage user access rights and permissions.
Troubleshooting: Address system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve problems.
Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
Reporting: Prepare financial reports and materials.
Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of financial systems and configurations.
Financial Data Management: Ensure governance and controls in managing financial data.
Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills.
User Training: Provide training and support to finance teams and end-users.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
