Anatomage Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager/Controller to oversee accounting operations, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting. You will lead enterprise system migrations, drive cross-functional projects, and ensure strong internal controls across multiple entities.

The role reports to the CFO and requires guiding the department through monthly closes, audits, and strategic finance initiatives in a fast-growing med-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive accounting/finance experience.
• 3+ years leading an accounting team and month-end close.
• Experience with ERP implementations or migrations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and payroll tax requirements.
• Ability to manage multi-entity accounting and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, payroll administration, and tax compliance.
• Lead monthly financial close, bank reconciliations, and reporting.
• Manage ERP migrations and implement cross-functional projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for audits.
• Develop policy documentation and improve accounting processes.
