Job summary

Scale is seeking a builder‑minded engineer to design and develop integrations, automations, and AI‑assisted workflows spanning Finance, Accounting, People Operations, and Recruiting.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into scalable automation, architect reliable data pipelines, and drive end‑to‑end workflow deployments. A strong focus on validation, retries, and guardrails will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building integrations and automation workflows across business systems.
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi).
• Experience with AI-powered workflows, LLM APIs, or agent-driven systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agent-driven workflows across Finance, Accounting, People Operations, and Recruiting.
• Lead end-to-end implementation from requirements to deployment and validation.
• Automate candidate-to-employee transitions and employee lifecycle events.
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure reliable data foundations.
• Maintain documentation of integrations and agent behavior.
