Figma is seeking a senior Finance Systems lead to own the finance systems backbone and drive automated, AI-enabled planning. You will own the Pigment platform, shape its roadmap, and collaborate across Finance and Data teams to enable scalable forecasting.

You will work from a US hub (SF/NY) or remotely in the United States, partnering to deliver high-impact financial analyses and dashboards while advancing data governance and system-wide automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Finance Systems, roadmap execution or a related function.
• Strong technical skills with system design & implementation, AI automation, data architecture, integrations.
• Working knowledge of financial processes including O2C, P2P, FP&A, Accounting Ops, and close cycles.
• Strong project management instincts, with ability to run multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Clear, structured communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of transformational projects by applying finance and systems expertise, improving automation and standardization.
• Shape AI adoption strategy and embed AI into systems and workflows to support analysis and forecasting.
• Own the financial planning platform (Pigment) including development, training, and administration.
• Own the systems roadmap end-to-end: prioritization, resource deployment, UAT, governance.
• Design and evolve systems architecture, optimize data flows and integrations across Pigment and Finance data.
• Partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, Accounting, and Operations to influence data architecture and processes.
• Develop dashboards to surface KPIs and business insights.
• Drive controls, data governance, and change-management best practices.
