Job summary

Cribl is seeking a FP&A Systems and AI Enablement Manager to join our finance team. You will own the EPM platform (Pigment) and drive AI adoption across planning and forecasting, partnering with Data Science and IT to ensure governance and accuracy.

This remote-first role requires strong financial systems experience, stakeholder management, and hands-on AI tooling to optimize variance commentary, scenario modeling, and automation across a growing SaaS business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience operating in a high-growth, pre-IPO SaaS company is preferred.
• 5+ years in hybrid FP&A/Systems role with strong finance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the EPM platform (Pigment): data models, calculation logic, security, release management.
• Translate business requirements into technical platform solutions and scalable models.
• Lead architectural decisions for planning functions across the company.
• Identify, pilot, and deploy AI use cases and automated variance analysis.
