Job summary

Checkr is seeking a Financial Systems Integration Lead in San Francisco to drive the design and delivery of integrated Finance systems and partner tools. You will own the full lifecycle, from requirements to deployment, guiding offshore teammates and collaborating with finance, engineering, product, billing, and analytics.

The role emphasizes reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced data platform environment. Travel to Checkr offices is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or quantitative field with related experience.
• Experience delivering financial systems integrations and architecture.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of integrated Finance systems and third-party systems.
• Drive the implementation of integration projects with reliability and scalability.
• Define integration requirements and translate business needs into technical specs.
• Oversee full lifecycle from concept to deployment and post-launch support.
• Provide technical leadership to offshore team members.
