• Master's degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance/IT.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, GASB and fund accounting.
• Technical knowledge of various Accounting Software, SIS, and CRM systems.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and manage projects.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience extracting, transforming, and reporting data for management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve financial systems and reconciliation processes.
• Partner with IT to develop and validate reports and dashboards.
• Audit reports for accuracy and identify process improvements.
• Train staff on new tools and processes.
• Manage a team and oversee special projects within Finance.
