Job summary

The Nuclear Company is recruiting a Finance Systems & ERP Manager to own the finance systems, ERP environment, and reporting infrastructure. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, Software Engineering, and IT to ensure scalable, automated financial operations aligned with rapid growth.

Responsibilities include ERP administration, data integrity, and close/FP&A enablement, with ongoing vendor management and user training across finance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering financial systems including ERP implementations.
• Strong data management skills.
• Experience integrating multiple finance solutions (AP automation, expense, procurement).
• Solid accounting fundamentals.
• Experience leading system rollout projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• ERP administration, enhancement, configuration, and change management.
• Systems integration & automation across the finance tech stack.
• Data integrity, access controls, and SOX-readiness of financial systems.
• Enabling close and FP&A reporting through dashboards and system-driven data.
• Vendor management for finance systems and tools.
• User training and support across the finance organization.
