Job summary

The Nuclear Company is recruiting a Finance Systems & ERP Manager to own the finance systems, ERP environment, and reporting infrastructure. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, Software Engineering, and IT to ensure scalable, automated financial operations aligned with rapid growth.

Responsibilities include ERP administration, data integrity, and close/FP&A enablement, with ongoing vendor management and user training across finance teams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years administering financial systems including ERP implementations.
  • Strong data management skills.
  • Experience integrating multiple finance solutions (AP automation, expense, procurement).
  • Solid accounting fundamentals.

About the role

The Finance Systems & ERP Manager owns The Nuclear Company's finance systems and ERP environment, responsible for selecting, configuring, and integrating the tools that support accounting, close, and financial reporting. This role partners closely with Accounting, FP&A, Software Engineering, and IT to build scalable, automated financial infrastructure that keeps pace with TNC's fleet-scale construction growth and services expansion. Serving as the technical bridge between the finance team's process needs and the underlying systems that support them, this role ensures TNC's financial operations are reliable, efficient, and positioned to scale with the company's rapid growth.

Responsibilities
  • ERP administration, enhancement, configuration, and change management
  • Systems integration & automation across the finance tech stack (AP, expense, procurement, payroll)
  • Data integrity, access controls, and SOX-readiness of financial systems
  • Enabling close and FP&A reporting through dashboards and system-driven data
  • Vendor management for finance systems and tools
  • User training and support across the finance organization
Experience
  • 5+ years administering financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, Workday) including at least one ERP implementation
  • Strong data management skills
  • Demonstrated experience integrating multiple finance point solutions (AP automation, expense, procurement)
  • Solid accounting fundamentals
  • Experience leading system rollout projects end-to-end
Preferred Experience
  • Experience scaling systems at a high-growth, capital-intensive company
  • experience preparing systems for SOX/IPO readiness
  • AI integration; scripting (e.g., Python) for automation; exposure to construction-specific ERP tools (e.g., Procore, e-Builder).

Estimated Starting Salary Range

The estimated starting salary range for this role is $118,000 - $140,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
