Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Finance Solutions Manager to build and optimize its financial systems backbone for a fast-growing manufacturing organization. You’ll own ERP platforms, data pipelines, and cost and revenue processes to deliver auditable, scalable financial insight.

You will collaborate with Controllers, FP&A, supply chain, and data engineering to translate complex needs into reliable, automated solutions that scale with growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in finance systems, finance operations, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years managing a group of product managers or business system analysts.
• End-to-end experience designing and implementing finance solutions (requirements through deployment).
• Strong grounding in accounting fundamentals: general ledger, cost accounting, revenue, monthly close.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects across Finance, Operations, and tech teams.
• Data at scale: SQL or equivalent, fluency with data models, reconciliations, and controls.
• Experience at high-growth tech or manufacturing/scale-up environments.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (SCM, Cost Management, Receipt Accounting) or similar ERP modules.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and continuous improvement of core finance systems (ERP, cost accounting, data pipelines).
• Gather requirements with Finance/Operations, translate into configured, tested solutions rather than workarounds.
• Lead cross-functional projects end to end: entity setups, cost flows, inventory costing, procure-to-pay improvements.
• Bridge transactional systems and analytics: define data models, controls, and reconciliations for fast month-end closes.
• Drive automation and self-service; reduce manual close tasks and give finance partners reliable data.
• Set standards for change management, testing, and documentation; keep platform scalable.
• Act as bridge between Finance and Engineering/Data teams; ensure decisions meet accounting needs.
• Mentor analysts and raise the bar for finance systems work.
