Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking a Financial Analyst for FP&A Systems & Automation, based in Washington, DC. You will own data architecture across NetSuite OneWorld, UKG, Carta, and Primavera P6, connecting to NOS and the FP&A data layer to scale a lean FP&A team.

You will build cost tracking for NOS and technology spend, design budgeting/forecasting infrastructure, and pilot AI-enabled automation across FP&A workflows to improve speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 0–3+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or analytics.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting fundamentals.
• Experience linking data across systems and building dashboards.
• Fluency with AI tools and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A data architecture across systems of record and NOS integration.
• Maintain feeds into NOS and data governance across sources.
• Build pipelines and a single source of truth for actuals, plan, and driver data.
• Design and maintain FP&A toolchain and reporting layer including BI dashboards.
