Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. seeks a Finance Systems & Automation professional to design and scale automated workflows across finance processes, including close, reporting, forecasting, and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (CS/IS/Finance).
• 3–5 years combining data/systems work with finance or accounting exposure.
• Evidence of independently designing or automating a tool or process.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale automated workflows and system integrations across Finance.
• Own roadmap for automation opportunities and prototype production-ready solutions.
• Build ETL pipelines, dashboards, and analytics infrastructure end-to-end.
• Act as Center of Excellence for core Finance systems (Databricks, Power BI, ERP/IFS Cloud).
• Evaluate AI/LLM-based workflows to automate and scale Finance ops.
• Maintain system documentation and data governance standards.
