LoadUp Technologies is seeking a Financial Systems Engineer to own LoadUp's financial systems stack, automating accounting processes and connecting our platform to payment, CRM, spend management, and general ledger systems. You will replace manual tasks with reliable automation and build reporting leadership relies on.

You'll collaborate with the Finance team to design a scalable COA, implement data quality checks, and deliver P&L by service line with unit economics.

Competenze

• Strong accounting fluency including accruals, COA design, and revenue recognition.
• Hands-on API integration with payment processors (Stripe/PayPal).
• Experience designing scalable data models and automating workflows.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain automated pipelines between our platform and the general ledger with exception handling.
• Automate Stripe and PayPal reconciliation, contractor payouts, refunds, and expense coding.
• Design and implement reporting, including P&L by service line and unit economics.
