DBM Global Inc. is seeking a Finance Engineer to bridge finance and technology, supporting FP&A and the broader finance organization. The role focuses on financial systems integration, data transformation, and reporting automation to drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will manage ERP/EPM connections, build Power Query solutions, and develop dashboards in Excel/Power BI, while collaborating with IT and external consultants on system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science.
• Ongoing or continuing education in Finance, Accounting, data analytics, and/or AI workshops or seminars are desirable.
• 7+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A, with hands-on experience across ERP, EPM, and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the finance team's point person across ERP, EPM, and reporting systems, understanding data flow and keeping connections reliable.
• Help finance navigate system updates, upgrades, and implementations, supporting users through change and minimizing disruption to close, planning, and reporting cycles.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies between systems, identify root causes, and implement controls to prevent recurrence.
• Partner with IT and consultants to define requirements for finance systems and integrations and translate needs into technical terms.
• Support FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and recurring reporting, by maintaining data structures and system connections.
