Job summary

Polar Semiconductor, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Analyst to join our Finance & Technology team. This role acts as a bridge between finance operations and enterprise technology platforms to optimize financial processes, close, and reporting.

Ideal candidates bring deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Dynamics 365/F. O. and spend time on process automation, data integration, and executive dashboards. Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or distribution is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, or ERP certification (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant) is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in financial systems analysis, ERP implementation, or finance tech consulting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and continuously improve financial processes (O2C, P2P, accounting, month-end close).
• Support cycle optimization (vendor onboarding, PO management, invoicing, payments).
• Identify automation opportunities using ERP capabilities and RPA tooling.
• Collaborate with AP, AR, and Procurement to resolve issues.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting with Power BI integrated into Microsoft Fabric.
• Build and validate financial models and variance analyses for FP&A and month-end close.
• Automate recurring reporting packages with Finance and IT teams.
• Design and maintain financial data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Synapse, Power BI, OneLake).
• Partner with Finance and IT leadership to architect scalable reporting solutions in Fabric ecosystem.
• Administer and optimize integrations between Fabric and ERP platforms (Dynamics 365 F&O and GP).
• Ensure data integrity, lineage, and governance across financial data assets.
