Job summary

Polar Semiconductor, LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to bridge Finance and Technology, optimizing financial processes and reporting. You’ll work on O2C and P2P workflows, automation, and ERP integrations using Microsoft Fabric and Dynamics 365 F&O.

The role requires 5+ years in financial systems, with hands-on Fabric and ERP experience. Semiconductor industry background is preferred; on-site in Bloomington, MN with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial systems analysis, ERP implementation, or finance technology consulting.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C and P2P processes and their system dependencies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Synapse, OneLake, Power BI).
• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) – functional configuration and administration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and optimize financial processes including invoicing, collections, cash application, close, and revenue recognition.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and monthly/ quarterly reporting using Power BI.
• Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines and ERP integrations; ensure data integrity and governance.
• Support ERP upgrades, migrations, and module implementations; assist training and SOX documentation.
