Job summary

CBRE Finance is seeking a Systems Analyst to provide user support for accounting software and related systems. You will document issues, troubleshoot, and generate reports to meet client requirements while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Responsibilities include handling electronic payments, collaborating on projects to improve efficiency, and upholding CBRE's values. A degree or equivalent experience aligns with an entry-level to mid-level role in finance technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for assistance with a variety of accounting software packages.
• Document issues, resolutions or other actions using the incident management system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Generate custom reports based on internal and external client business requirements.
• Review customer requests to identify and elevate potential system, security, and/or compliance violations.
• Actively participate in projects to increase efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
• Identify process and system improvements and recommend solutions to increase efficiencies.
• Execute authorized electronic payments including wire transfers, ACH, and tax payments.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, asks questions and check for understanding.
