About the Role:

As a CBRE Finance Systems Sr. Associate, you will identify complex system issues, research causes, and provide solutions for client accounting and real estate management teams.

This job is part of the Financial Systems job function. They are responsible for ensuring accounting systems operate effectively.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to escalated requests for assistance with a variety of accounting software packages used by client accounting services and real estate management teams.
• Document issues, resolutions, or other actions using an incident management system.
• Resolve high-priority requests for software support. Escalate requests requiring a greater level of expertise.
• Perform security and data reviews to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Support medium and large client and internal projects as directed by the supervisor.
• Provide input into process improvement efforts based on client incidents.
• Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team goals.
• May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
• Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
• Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.
