Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience
• Combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to analyze information and make judgments using standard practices
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for assistance with a variety of accounting software packages
• Document issues, resolutions or other actions using the incident management system
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Generate custom reports based on internal and external client business requirements
• Review customer requests to identify and elevate potential system, security, and/or compliance violations
• Actively participate in projects to increase efficiencies and customer satisfaction
• Identify process and system improvements and recommend solutions to increase efficiencies
• Execute authorized electronic payments including wire transfers, ACH, and tax payments
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values
• Impact the quality of own work
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to meet deadlines
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding
