The University of Kansas is seeking a Functional Systems Analyst in the Controllers Office Finance Help Desk to support the university's financial systems. The role focuses on campus-wide functional support for Oracle Financials in the Cloud (FITC) and Concur, with end-user training and problem resolution.

The position reports to the Functional System Manager and collaborates with the KU FMS team, Procurement Services and Accounts Payable to ensure reliable system performance across departments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year accounting/procurement/finance experience, or a high school diploma with 3 years in related field.
• 1 year experience with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint.
• Excellent written communication and strong customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle Help Desk tickets for Oracle Financials Cloud (FITC) and Concur; provide real-time end-user training and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate to monitor supplier/order distribution issues; assist with testing, enablement, and problem resolution.
• Develop and deliver end-user training materials; conduct in-person or virtual sessions for staff, managers, researchers, and faculty.
• Assist in evaluating updates, fixes, and enhancements in FITC with the FMS team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
