Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Finance IT Business Systems Analyst to optimize Finance and Accounting processes and technology. You will collaborate with the Finance team to gather requirements, design and implement changes to financial systems, and serve as the SME for ERP and Revenue Management applications and integrations.

The role emphasizes leading the full lifecycle, from requirements to deployment, with a focus on system performance, documentation, and inter-team coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, IS/CS/CE, or related field.
• 5+ years consulting or business analysis with NetSuite ERP/Revenue Accounting.
• Understanding of business accounting and financial processes.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Coaching and mentoring of team members.
• Knowledge of SOX audits, controls, and evidence collection.

Responsibilities

• Capture business context and define objectives and cases.
• Develop detailed requirements traced to business vision.
• Map current and future state application workflows.
• Lead full development lifecycle including design, test, deployment.
• Resolve high-priority application issues.
• Provide expertise across financial systems.
• Create and maintain functional and technical docs.
• Coordinate integrations with other applications.
• Mentor teammates to grow internal capabilities.
