Job summary

Tallgrass in Colorado is hiring a Business Systems Analyst to support Oracle EPM and Fusion ERP, partner with Finance, document requirements, and drive system improvements that boost automation, accuracy, and compliance.

You will liaise between business stakeholders and IT, assist with enhancements, testing, training, and documentation, and help optimize Oracle-based solutions across finance processes.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience supporting Oracle financial systems and related Oracle tech.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle Fusion EPM is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, upgrades, or admin work is a plus.
• Ability to gather requirements, document processes, support testing, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and reporting needs.
• Translate business requirements into system solutions and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Support administration and maintenance of Oracle EPM and Fusion ERP modules.
• Monitor data integration, provisioning of user access, and issue escalation as needed.
• Develop test scripts, perform UAT, and assist with post-implementation support.
• Document issues, resolutions, and system procedures; promote internal controls.
