• Experience leading, coaching, and developing accounting staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and review daily accounting staff activities.
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and financial reports to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining accounting systems; implement improvements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide documentation.
