Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and accounting policies.
• Experience preparing and reviewing financial records, reconciliations, and reports.
• Experience leading and mentoring accounting staff.
• Experience with accounting systems, financial reporting tools, and applicable software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and review daily activities of accounting staff preparing journal entries and reports.
• Prepare and analyze accounting records and reports to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities and system enhancements.
• Interpret accounting standards and provide guidance to staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and participate in process improvement initiatives.
