Job summary

ONEOK is seeking a North Texas Accounting Supervisor to lead settlement and operations accounting reporting for gas gathering assets, ensure GAAP compliance, and maintain strong internal controls. This role owns end-to-end processes and partners with Commercial, Operations, Regulatory, IT and Accounting teams.

The supervisor will develop a team of accountants, mentor staff, support regulatory filings, and participate in audits.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Experience leading accounting staff and teams.
• Experience preparing and reviewing financial records, reconciliations, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and review daily accounting staff activities.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes and close calendars.
• Monitor accounting systems; propose process improvements and system enhancements.
• Guide staff on accounting standards and internal policies.
