Corning Incorporated in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Finance Controller to lead capital accounting and governance. You will ensure compliance with GAAP and Corning policies, manage capital reporting and forecasting, and drive ad hoc analyses for division leadership.

You will oversee the budget and five-year planning for the division's capital/expense, support investment proposals with financial modeling, and partner with PMO, GSM, and Engineering to optimize capital spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Two to five years of relevant experience; manufacturing or cost accounting preferred.
• Controller experience, within or outside Corning, desired.

Responsabilités

• Ensure capital projects comply with GAAP and Corning policies.
• Lead and coordinate capital reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis.
• Oversee budget and five-year planning for the Division's capital and expense.
• Support investment proposals with financial modeling and AR prep.
• Lead annual capital audit and present to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners across Finance, PMO, GSM, and Engineering.
