Job summary

Amgen invites MBA students to join the Finance & Strategy Leadership Development Program (FSLDP) for Summer 2027. You will partner with organizational leaders, gain exposure across Finance functions, and participate in a 3-year rotation for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Currently enrolled in an MBA program and first-year completed before internship starts
• Enrolled in a Full-Time MBA Program and available to commit to future full-time employment by July 2028
• Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with quantitative/problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Experience and/or curiosity about Corporate Finance
• Thoughtful cover letter explaining interest in FSLDP and alignment with Amgen’s goals

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of a timely, relevant project tied directly to our strategic and tactical goals while building a differentiated toolkit of financial and technical skills.
• Apply critical thinking in a fast-paced, high-profile role with cross-functional exposure across the business.
• Engage in a week-long multidisciplinary case study covering revenue, expenses, operations and sales/marketing insights.
