You'll work directly with a Partner on the numbers and projects that shape our hotel portfolio: financial models, P&Ls, renovations, acquisitions, and the data behind all of it. You won't be buried in a big corporate structure waiting years to be heard. Your work will be seen, used, and acted on.
Analyze data: Turn P&Ls, revenue reports (Lighthouse and PMS), labor data, and guest satisfaction scores into clear insights about trends, variances, and what needs attention
Run the numbers: Build financial models, budgets, forecasts, and CAPEX projections, and prepare loan disbursement requests for active projects.
Keep projects moving: Track brand renovation requirements (PIPs), coordinate procurement and vendors, monitor construction costs and timelines, and keep brands updated on progress
Size up deals: Estimate what it would cost to acquire a hotel and convert it into a branded property, from renovations to furniture to brand requirements
Shape strategy: Join financial reviews with the Partner and help turn property-level data into company-wide decisions
Fix what's broken: Spot gaps in reports, processes, and tracking, and own the improvements.
Work smarter with AI: Use AI tools to track and summarize team priorities. Help manage GM assessments, safety and compliance tracking, and the Owner Portal
Have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, or a similar field, or equivalent hands-on experience
Are strong in Excel or Google Sheets (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python is a bonus)
Are comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work
Have an entrepreneurial streak and a track record of taking initiative (school, internships, and side projects all count)
Aren't afraid to tackle problems without a playbook, and figure things out as you go
Communicate clearly and work well across finance, operations, and outside partners
Have an interest in hospitality or real estate (a plus, but not required)
$80,000 per year plus bonus potential
