Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a driven Sr. Finance Manager for our downtown Dallas office. You’ll partner with global finance leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, delivering insights that guide decision-making and improve reporting accuracy.

You will build cross-regional relationships, identify cost-saving opportunities, and lead complex analyses to support scalable growth. A strong data-driven mindset and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-8+ years in finance, FP&A, strategy, accounting, or related field.
• Proven leadership with ability to influence across global teams.
• Passion for delivering results and driving business performance through data-driven insights.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for executive stakeholders.
• Authorized to work in United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global finance leaders to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management reporting processes.
• Build relationships with regional finance teams to consolidate and validate financial information.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks, providing actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver complex financial reports, forecasts, pro formas, and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities and ensure data accuracy across packages.
• Promote standardized processes, reporting methodologies, and internal controls.
